# llimphi-widget-edit-menu The standard edit menu for any Llimphi text field. Both the single-line input (`llimphi_widget_text_input`) and the rich IDE editor (`llimphi_widget_text_editor`) build on the same `EditorState`. From that state this widget assembles the canonical context menu: ```text ┃ EDIT ┃ Undo Ctrl+Z ┃ Redo Ctrl+Y ┃ ───────────────────── ┃ Cut Ctrl+X ┃ Copy Ctrl+C ┃ Paste Ctrl+V ┃ Delete Del ┃ ───────────────────── ┃ Select all Ctrl+A ``` Every item is enabled or not according to the real state (no selection → Cut/Copy/Delete greyed; no history → Undo greyed; and so on). Typical use, in three steps per app: 1. The field emits the right-click position — `View::on_right_click_at` → `Msg::OpenEditMenu(x, y)`. The `update` stores the anchor. 2. `App::view_overlay` returns `Some(context_menu_view(edit_menu::edit_context_menu(...)))` while the anchor is present. 3. The pick produces `Msg::Edit(EditAction)`; the `update` calls `apply` with the focused field's `EditorState` and the clipboard. --- Part of **llimphi** — see [llimphi](../../README.md).
