pin de tawasuyu: las 37 recetas saltan al mismo commit
El árbol venía MEZCLADO: las 35 recetas del monorepo de tawasuyu traían ONCE pins distintos, así que cada imagen combinaba once commits del mismo árbol — una mezcla que nunca existió junta y que nadie probó. Lo destapó el ensayo de `scripts/fuentes/upstream-bump.py`, que sube el pin ATÓMICO POR REPOSITORIO justamente para que esto no pueda pasar. Ahora las 35 van a `cbff0c7dda`, `netup` a la cabeza de takana y `llimphi-counter` a la de llimphi. Sólo cambian líneas `commit =`: 37 insertions, 37 deletions, y cero líneas de otra cosa. Radio medido sobre los perfiles publicados: de 574 nodos quedan 32 sin artefacto. No son sólo los de tawasuyu — `libelogind` y `pacha` arrastran a `accountsservice`, `gnome-shell`, `gvfs`, `libgdm`, `mutter`, `udisks` y `wireplumber`, que es exactamente el cierre que un bump de a una receta habría roto sin que nadie lo viera venir.
