"Send this message to the loop" — without saying which loop.
A llimphi_ui::Handle<Msg> is two things glued together: the ability to dispatch a
message, and the desktop loop that hosts it. Anything that wants the first drags in the
second, and with it winit, wgpu and the vello backend — which is mutually exclusive
with a caged app's backend.
That already bit, in the silliest possible way: llimphi-motion existed to be
independent of the loop and could not be used from one.
This crate is the trait that separates them.
