llimphi-wasm-dist

Distribution by hash + the bridge to the Tier 3 runner.

It is the "batteries included" face of llimphi_wasm_core: it re-exports the whole resolve→verify chain and adds the runner, so a VerifiedApp can actually be run with verified.load() (the VerifiedAppExt extension). The heavy stuff (wgpu/vello/winit) enters here; whoever only distributes or verifies depends on llimphi-wasm-core and spares themselves the graphics stack.
