llimphi-widget-shortcuts-help

Keyboard shortcuts overlay.

The "press ? for help" convention: when the user hits ?, a centred panel appears with every shortcut of the current context grouped by category. Any key closes it (the app handles that).

The app builds a ShortcutsHelpSpec with groups and entries, stores it in its model while open, and returns it from view_overlay.
